Welcome to My India
This blog is dedicated to my family, and friends in Bangalore, India
right now.
This is an introduction to the
upcoming new season of my podcast this Wednesday. MUST CHECK OUT!
The life I had in India is
one of the most exciting life any person could ask for.
From the culture, people,
and history.
I do understand now why
everybody wants to get lost in the mystical world of India.
This is the country of
diverse religions, exotic food, rich and powerful history.
There are always three things in my mind that makes life worth living in
India:
- Culture.
- People.
- History.
Culture – What defines the beauty of culture in India covers most of
everything that is listed above. From morning rituals to day to day activities,
and home discipline. Each household big or small carries a piece of their own
history with them through their ways of living. Not to mention there are
certain households still carry traits from the British influence like
afternoon tea, cricket in the evening, and the usage of certain words in
British English.
People – The most comforting type of people to engage within especially with intellectual conversations are Indians. Although life can seem difficult for everybody in the country. A simple smile from those who you can help in your best way can light up a day. Love is their language once you are integrated with their circle. Every day is always a bright day even when it rains.
History – Studying the history of this country is like reading the huge
book which in fact I did. One thing that stood out from India’s history from
every dynasty including the British dynasty is that Indians are persistent. Throughout
the history of India, Indian’s fought for their country some battles were peacefully, and some
had bloodshed but the end result is the fact that they are still united as a
country proves that the foundation of their hard work is stronger than ever.
Conclusion
My life in India is adventurous, exciting, and helpful towards my own
personality. The country molded me to be persistent in what I need in life,
know to go, and share a piece of light with those who I can help.
If you studied or you currently live in India do you agree with my views?
